www.stylewithmau.com is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame while ensuring maximum with the highest quality packaging.

We ensure that the online paid orders are shipped the next working day and mostly delivered within 7 days from the date of dispatch.

The cash on delivery service is not available.

We will make a maximum of 3 attempts to deliver your order.

In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts we reserve the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.

The Buyer agrees that the title to the goods is transferred to the buyer at the time of placing the Order and dispatch confirmation thereof irrespective of Shipping of Goods which are to be done in due course being a separate chargeable facility.

You could track the status of your order from the “My Account” Tab available on the Homepage of our website which shall give a personalised space to view and track all your Orders with us. Unless requested by the logistics partner, we do not require a signature for delivery. We do not ask for any personal information from our customers at the time of delivery other than identification proof. Please be careful while providing any information to any person claiming to be an agent of us.

We ensure to ship the products throughout the week, expect Sunday and Public Holidays during the normal working hours. To ensure that the order reaches you in good condition, at the earliest we ship our products with some reputed shipping agency available in India such as Fedex, Bluedart, Delhivery etc.

If there is no courier service available in your aera, we will try our best to ship your items via Government Registered Indian Post, but cannot guarantee the same.

How is the delivery Charges Calculated for Multiple Unit?There are no shipping charges for the online paid orders within India.

The shipping charges would fix in India irrespective of the numbers for the products purchased by you.

Duties & Taxes For Indian Customers products prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Customer products are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import taxes / duties.

As the recipient, you are liable to pay all import duties, custom duty, local Sales/Vat taxes, GST and any other taxes levied by the country in which you are residing or you are importing the product to.

Payment of these taxes/duties at the time of delivery is necessary to get the delivery of product from transport/courier agencies.

How do I know my order has been placed?

Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email.

How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB through an email. You will be able to view the date your item is in process to the date of shipment to the date of your item being in the process of delivery.

When will I receive my order?

The estimated delivery time of each product is mentioned on product page. Please take note of the dates given before you proceed to checkout.

Most garments will be shipped within next day of receiving the order.

Accessories will be shipped within 2 days, depending on the designer and product style. However, this is subject to availability.

Express Delivery is done for all the online paid orders which are within 3 working days (major cities). This is only applicable for the non-customised products.

Orders within India should reach the customer within 7 days after the date of dispatch.

Orders outside India should reach the customer within 2 weeks after the date of dispatch.

All the delivery will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of the placing the order, but for area falling into remote location and the areas where the delivery by the couriers cannot be possible the recipient might be asked to pick up their order from the delivery centres.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

If there is an error in the shipping address you specified at the time of checkout, please email us at contact@stylewithmau.com or call us immediately. We are unable to change a shipping address or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Are my items insured?

Yes, all our products are insured from the time they leave MAU to the time they reach your delivery address. Once a package has been signed for at the delivery address, it is no longer insured. If a product is damaged upon arrival, either refuse to accept it or notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of receipt.
