How do I place a order ?
Register and create an account -select the category provided on the main page. -select the sub category and short list an item -choose your size and click on the add to cart button. -click on cart icon and select checkout to proceed the billing. -Fill in your name and address. -select “continue” to choose payment option and complete your order.
Do you provide alterations / customization ?
Yes, you can place a request for alterations / customization.
How do I register ?
For registration go to sign up and fill in the details to create your account.
Do you deliver outside India ?
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping which differs as per your order and location.
General FAQ's
Is cash on delivery (COD) available ?
Yes! COD is available for orders on all serviceable pincodes.
How to place an return / exchange request?
Visit the Place your Return / Exchange Request section on the website to raise a return/exchange request for your order.
Submit the required details as prompted.
Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would want to Return/Exchange.
How long will my order take to arrive ?
The order usually takes 2-5 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time.
How would I know if my order is placed ?
You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.
Cancellation , Return / Exchange
How can I cancel an order ?
You can cancel you order within 6 hours of placing the order. You can opt to cancel order by clicking the cancel order button in the Order confirmation message.
How do I Return / Exchange a product?
In case of returns/exchange, visit the returns section on the website to raise a return request for your order. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment.
Within how many days of purchage can I return my order ?
Return request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
How do I check the status for my returned order ?
For further information on your returned order, you may log into your account.
Refund / Payments
My payment was deducted from my bank account but the order wasn't placed. What should I do ?
In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to you account within 2-3 business days.
When will I get my refund ?
For return / exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you.
How do I get my refund for cash on delivery orders ?
Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, refund in the form of store credit will be sent to the registered E-mail and WhatsApp number.
